1 General Terms & Conditions

Cbajei (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "cbajei") is an online Sports Betting service operating for members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between cbajei and its members.

By using cbajei, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using cbajei.

• Cbajei reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To register with cbajei, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each person is allowed only one account.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• No individual may operate more than one account.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to cbajei support immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3 Age Verification

Cbajei strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to register or place bets on cbajei.

• Members must confirm they are 18 or older at the time of registration.
• Cbajei may request a national ID or other documents at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.
• Providing false information to confirm age will be treated as a violation of these terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Cbajei supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not completed.
• If a suspicious transaction is flagged, cbajei may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• Cbajei follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on cbajei. Once a bet is confirmed, changes are generally not possible.

• Bet acceptance is at cbajei's discretion — bets may be rejected if the market is closed.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, cbajei reserves the right to void it.
• The Cash Out feature may not always be available — it depends on current market conditions.
• Betting limits may vary depending on the market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, cbajei will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Single and Multi/Combo bets are governed by separate rules — both sets of terms apply to their respective bet types.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Cbajei regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that you should read before claiming.

• A 5x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while an existing bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If bonus abuse is proven — such as multiple accounts or false information — the bonus will be voided.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — unused bonuses will be forfeited after the deadline.
• Cbajei reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below will be considered a violation of cbajei's terms and may result in account closure and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Misuse of the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to cbajei's systems.
• Using cbajei for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Intimidating or harassing other members.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Cbajei may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Where fraud or bonus abuse has been identified.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).

To close your account, email support@cbajei.bet or enable self-exclusion from your account settings. Any remaining balance will be refunded after proper verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

Cbajei is committed to maintaining the highest platform reliability, though our liability is limited in certain respects.

• Cbajei is not liable for any bets or data lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Cbajei is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Some services may be unavailable during unexpected technical disruptions.
• Cbajei is not liable for direct financial losses arising from betting — all betting decisions are entirely the member's own.

10 Responsible Betting

Cbajei is committed to responsible betting and helps members build healthy betting habits.

• Deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits are available in your account settings.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, betting will be suspended for the specified period.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, cbajei's support team is available to help.
• Bet for entertainment only — not as a source of income.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Data may be used on a limited basis to improve our services.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions
